This policy applies to the Android game Midnight Nine: Tic Tac Toe, package com.pinksha.midnightnine. The game is separate from the Pinksha online shopping website.

Information collected by the game

The game works offline and does not collect, transmit, sell or share personal data. It contains no account system, advertising, analytics, online multiplayer, in-app purchases or third-party tracking SDKs. It is built with Unity and its UI/audio components; Unity online services are disabled, and the Android app requests no network permission.

Data stored on your device

Sound and haptic preferences are stored locally until you clear the app’s storage or uninstall it. The current board and session scores are kept in memory and end when the app process closes. They are not uploaded to us. App-controlled Android backup is disabled; device manufacturers may provide separate device-transfer features.

Permissions and device features

The app does not request access to your contacts, location, camera, microphone, photos or advertising identifier. Optional touch feedback uses Android’s standard haptic feedback, subject to device support and system settings.

Children’s privacy

The game is intended for players of all ages, including children. It does not collect personal information from children or other players, provide chat or user-generated content, or require registration, payments or advertising interactions.

Support messages

If you choose to contact us by email, we and our email provider receive the information you send, such as your email address and message. We use it to respond to your request and provide support. Consistent with our support practices, we retain this information only as long as necessary for that purpose, unless a longer period is required by law. You may contact us to request deletion of your support correspondence, subject to applicable legal requirements. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.

Deletion and your choices

To delete locally saved preferences, use Android Settings > Apps > Midnight Nine: Tic Tac Toe > Storage > Clear storage, or uninstall the game. There is no game account to delete and no server-side gameplay profile. Sound and haptics can be turned off in the game’s Settings screen.

Website and store services

This policy describes the game. Google Play and your device platform may process information under their own policies. If you visit the Pinksha website, its website privacy policy applies to website activity, including cookies and shopping. Website data practices are not features of the offline game.
